Als Process Engineer sind Sie für die Prozessfähigkeit im Bereich Ätzen zuständig und sind Teil der Sektion LITEC am Produktionsstandort Hamburg.
Ihre Hauptaufgaben:
- Sicherstellung der technologischen Prozessfähigkeit und Prozessstabilität der freigegebenen Prozessschritte im Aufgabenbereich Ätzen
- Verantwortliche Kontrolle der zugeordneten SPC / CPK-Werte und Verantwortung für die abzuleitenden Maßnahmen
- Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Fehlermeldungen im Aufgabenbereich (Roter Platz / Non Conforming Lot, Fehlerdatenbank)
- Identifizierung und Bearbeitung von prozessbedingten Ausschussschwerpunkten /Qualitätsschwächen im Aufgabenbereich
- Bewertung der technologischen Prozessfähigkeit und Prozessstabilität bei neuen Prozessmodulen
- Mitarbeit und Freigabe neuer Prozessmodule (ICR, Prozessmodulfreigabe)
- Mitarbeit bei der Auswahl, Erprobung, Einführung und Freigabe neuer/zusätzlicher Anlagen
- Mitarbeit bei Erstellung der notwendigen Anweisungen (z.B. Arbeitsanweisungen, Trainingsplänen, OCAP‘s…)
- Durchführung von Schulungsmaßnahmen
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der Process Step FMEA‘s
- Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium oder PhD in Naturwissenschaften
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Halbleitertechnologie, idealerweise im Bereich Ätzen
- Analytisches Denkvermögen
- Planungs- und Organisationstalent und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Teamfähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz im Umgang mit vielen Schnittstellen
- Kreativität und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
